Returns/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Returns (excluding clearance/closeout/consignment items):

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is defective. Note: defective products must be returned within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: no refunds will be issued for products that have horse hair, dirt, sweat etc. on them.

  • Personalized items, custom items, bits, and helmets may not be returned.
  • Apparel must have tags attached.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
  • If an item was not in stock and we had to drop-ship product to you, $20 will be held from your return. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Clearance/Closeout Items:

    NO refunds/exchanges.

    Consignment Tack:

    NO refunds/exchanges.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    Refunds:

    Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (generally 5-10 business days). Please note: the cost of shipping (if applicable) ($9.99) will be deducted from the cost of your refund and purchases made with PayPal will require an additional 3% fee. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods. The only exception being if the product is defective in which case Oak Manor Saddlery will cover the outbound and inbound cost of shipping.

    Exchanges (if applicable):

    We will replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please call or email us the details. 

    Cancellation:

    If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

    If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
